Responsibilities

* Assist in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

* Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing.
* Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide customers accurate advice.
* Help set up and execute in‑store promotions and displays to drive sales.
* Build strong connections with customers, engaging to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Support store management in identifying growth opportunities.
* 12 Hour Temporary Sales Assistant required for 1 Weekend day
