Field Team Leader (Retail / Brand Activations) – Part Time
Salary: £26,480 – £29,000 FTE (pro‑rata £10,592 – £11,600 for 14 hrs/week) + bonus + expenses
Location: Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds & surrounding areas
Working: 14 hours per week across 2 days (Friday – Sunday)

Mission
As Field Team Leader for Smollan you will support the Regional Field Manager as the “boots on the ground” leader for our Sampling Team and ensure consistent delivery and inspire a culture of coaching and professional development.
* Inspire & develop: welcome new starters and provide hands‑on coaching to help existing staff reach their full potential.
* Build “first‑name” rapport with Store Managers to ensure our sampling activations run flawlessly.
* Use your sharp eye for detail to guarantee every brand experience meets our elite standards.
* Instil a “can‑do” culture, ensuring every activity delivers a massive return for our customers.
Qualifications
* Mentorship skills – experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
* Field experience – a hands‑on approach to retail, field sales, or customer‑service environments.
* "Can‑do" spirit – an enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
* Reliability – the ability to manage a flexible 14‑hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.
Ideal (but not essential)
* Experience in sampling, brand activation, or promotional roles.
* Background in FMCG, retail, or experiential marketing.
