Inside Sales Advisor
Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team, based at our centre in Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) in order to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team members.
Responsibilities
* Direct selling to customers
* Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within the Toyota’s portfolio
Qualifications
* Passionate and results driven person
* A strong team player
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers – desirable but not essential
* PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
