Hours and Contracts
* 4 shifts on, 3 shifts off
* Shifts: 07:00-15:00, 14:30-23:00, 07:00-23:00 (Sleep-In), 07:00
* Waking night shifts available: 22:00-09:00 on a 4 on, 3 off pattern
* Contracts: Flexible options
* Part-time (20 hours)
* Full-time (30 hours, 40 hours)

What You'll Be Doing
* Create a Safe and Supportive Environment: Tailor activities to meet the developmental needs of young people, promoting their growth and well-being.
* Engage and Inspire: Plan and facilitate fun, educational activities that support learning and personal development.
* Track and Celebrate Progress: Document achievements and significant life events to ensure each young person is supported in the best possible way.
* Collaborate with Professionals: Work alongside local authorities and placing authorities to deliver top-notch care.
* Build Relationships: Connect with parents and carers to ensure a holistic approach to each young person's development.
Who We're Looking For
* Valid Driver's License: Due to the rural locations of our homes, having a full driver's license is essential.
* Passion and Enthusiasm: Bring your energy and dedication to this rewarding role, and make a real difference in the lives of young people every day.
* Skills Matter: While an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is a bonus, we are more interested in your passion for helping others and your commitment to learning.
