This is a brilliant opportunity for a Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. Working closely with Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you’ll play a key role in balancing occupancy and revenue growth, optimising accommodation mix and brand positioning across a portfolio of holiday parks. Using data-led insight and commercial judgement, you’ll maximise the annual margin generated from our inventory while supporting both short-term trading performance and long-term strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Own revenue management for a portfolio of parks, building deep insight into trading patterns, performance trends and demand drivers
2. Create, manage and optimise park-level trading plans, taking timely action to address risks and opportunities
3. Analyse BI and performance reports to identify pricing actions across short- and long-term trading windows
4. Deliver clear commercial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
5. Partner with Guest Experience Managers to review performance, communicate pricing changes and share best practice
6. Lead regular price reviews to ensure occupancy, average weekly rate and margin remain aligned to budget
7. Support the development and execution of seasonal pricing strategies and promotional activity in collaboration with Marketing
8. Maintain accurate pricing grids, revenue systems and reporting dashboards
9. Contribute to weekly trading reports, monthly forecasts and the annual tariff budget
10. Monitor external demand drivers such as competitor pricing, events, holidays and weather
11. Support the testing, implementation and continuous improvement of revenue management tools, systems and processes
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
12. Degree or equivalent qualification, in a numerate or analytical subject
13. Experience working in a data-led or analytical role
14. Revenue management experience within the leisure or hospitality industry
15. Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical and numerical skills
16. Advanced Excel capability
17. Ability to build and maintain reports within Power BI
18. Understanding of holiday park operations or seasonal leisure markets
19. Ability to organise and manage your own workload effectively
20. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
21. Highly detailed and accurate, with a conscientious, can-do attitude
22. Self-starter who is proactive and comfortable working autonomously
