Construction Plant Operative – Train to Become an Instructor/NVQ Assessor
Based in Redditch, West Midlands (Nationwide Travel Required)
£35,000 during training | Up to £45,000 once qualified
About the Role: Total Construction Training is seeking an experienced Construction Plant Operative ready to take the next step in their career by training to become a qualified Instructor and Level 2 NVQ Assessor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plant operator who wants to move off the tools and into a rewarding training role, delivering high-quality plant and NVQ training across the UK.
Plant Categories Covered: Training will be delivered in the following categories:
* Forward Tipping Dumper
* Ride-on Roller
* 360 Excavator
* Telescopic Handler
* Slinger/Signaller
* Loading Shovel
* Vehicle Marshall
* Counterbalance Forklift
* Materials Re-Handler
What We're Looking For Essential:
* Proven experience operating a Loading Shovel, 360 Excavator, and/or Materials Re-Handler
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience operating the additional plant listed above
Full instructor and assessor training, along with relevant certifications, will be provided to the right candidate.
