Trevett Services are currently searching for a MechanicalEngineer(Static role) for a Permanentrole based in the Oxford Area in a Research, Development and Manufacturing facility. Duties: Complete PPM's and Documentation (record all using a PDA) Complete Reactive Maintenance and improvement tasks, ensuring you record plant failures and providequotations. Fault Management and rectify anyplant faults and defects to keep everything working efficiently and without hindrance. Complete Paperwork and reports off all works completed, and submit to contract administrator Update Customer's CAFM system to log 'real time' progress inline with expectations. Maintenance will include the following systems and are not limited to these: Generator Testing, Air Conditioning Systems (VAV, VRV, FCUs), Air Handling Units, Pumps & Water Treatment (including Tap Temperature Testing and Outlet Flushing), Building Management Systems, Weekly Fire Alarm Testing,Heating and Cooling Systems.
Requirements: Ability to PASS a DBS Check is Essential Relevant Industry Qualification at a Level 3 basis. F-Gas qualification (Desirable) Prior Experience in a similar environment. Participate in the on - call rota.
