As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional engineering professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the talent needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities as a TA Specialist:
* Proactively source and attract top engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process
* Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate evaluation methods, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our recruitment efforts and employer brand
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting engineering professionals
