My client is seeking for a HR & Payroll Administrator its a varied position combining payroll administration and HR support within a small, friendly team. You’ll help ensure smooth people operations while contributing to wider HR initiatives.
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days on site / 2 days working from home
Reporting to: HR Director
Key Duties
Payroll data input and administration
General HR admin across the employee life cycle
Maintaining HRIS (ISS)
Supporting HR projects (well being, social committee, EDI)
First point of contact for HR/payroll queriesAbout You
Payroll experience essential
Previous HR admin experience
Strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, positive and flexible
CIPD not required
