Are you ready to take ownership of DTC ecommerce and engagement strategy for a leading consumer brand? We’re seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Customer Engagement Lead to join a collaborative, fast-moving global digital team that’s passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers.

About the Role
Reporting into the global digital team, you’ll lead the DTC engagement marketing strategy, focusing on the UK and Germany. You’ll work cross-functionally with global and local teams to execute campaigns, optimise lifecycle marketing, drive retention, and maximise customer lifetime value. You’ll also be the UK voice for the international DTC team, ensuring global initiatives are aligned with local needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the UK & DE email marketing calendar, lifecycle marketing flows, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., holidays, new product launches).
* Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Digital Product, Analytics, Growth, and Demand Planning teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and aligned with customer needs.
* Lead experimentation and message testing to inform segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey insights.
* Contribute to global engagement marketing and product roadmaps, strategic forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
* Monitor performance of campaigns, track trends, and use data to optimise engagement strategies.
* Serve as the UK lead and liaison for the global digital team, representing local insights and ensuring projects are well-coordinated.
About You
* End-to-end experience developing and executing ecommerce and CRM strategies, ideally across multiple geographies or brands.
* Strong marketing and CRM expertise, including customer lifecycle management and retention strategies; subscription-based business experience is a plus.
* Data-literate, comfortable analysing trends and customer data; SQL and Looker (or similar) experience preferred.
* Hands-on experience with ecommerce and CRM platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo) and templating languages (e.g., Liquid, Django, Ampscript) is advantageous.
* Experienced in forecasting, planning, and sizing product initiatives and launches.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving the end-to-end experience.
