Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of all students
2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where each student feels supported and valued
3. Foster a love for mathematics by incorporating real-world examples and practical exercises into lessons
4. Use a variety of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles and abilities
5. Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to support their growth

Minimum Requirements
1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary/secondary level
3. Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current developments within the Maths field
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
5. A passion for education and a commitment to helping each student reach their full potential
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
7. A growth mindset and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies and technologies
