A challenger brand in the confectionery category is now entering its next stage of growth. Already listed with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Ocado and Asda. The National Account Manager will manage and develop existing accounts, across both a branded and private label portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a National Account Executive looking to progress.
What will my accountabilities be?
* Manage and develop existing key relationships, working with current accounts to create relevant and targeted promotions to help drive incremental sales
* Build and develop relationships, coming up with new initiatives to drive sales
* Collaborate with marketing to help bring the brand to life by devising targeted in-store marketing, including point of sale, creative displays, promotions and collaborations
Who will I be working with?
Reporting to the Head for Sales
A great candidate will have:
* Proven success in FMCG Sales, and experience of working in branded sales
* Commercial experience with a grasp and grip of “the numbers”
* Results driven with a desire to succeed – you are a self-starter and can thrive in a small business that’s going places
* Naturally positive with a real growth mindset and a resilient attitude
