TikTok Paid Ads Manager / £40,000 / Hyper Growth E-Commerce Brand / Kent Out client, a high-growth e-commerce brand is on the lookout for a TikTok Paid Ads Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns on the platform. This is a newly created role, born out of rapid growth and huge ambitions. You'll join a forward-thinking acquisition team and play a key part in expanding brand reach and driving revenue through TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop. Key Responsibilities: Planning and executing conversion-focused TikTok ad campaigns to drive sales. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, reporting key metrics and strategy adjustments to the Head of Acquisition. Managing the brand’s presence on TikTok Shop, ensuring compliance and capitalising on promotional opportunities. Creating a detailed content testing roadmap across copy, creative, audience segmentation and campaign setup. Adapting campaigns in real-time to improve efficiency and return on ad spend. Strategically planning TikTok livestreams in collaboration with on-camera talent to maximise reach and engagement.Required Skills: Proven experience using TikTok Ads Manager for direct response and conversion campaigns (essential).
