We are seeking a reliable, confident, and proactive Cover Supervisors to join dedicated schools around Suffolk. Duties as Cover Supervisor: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and manage classroom behaviour. Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and behaviour. Cover a range of subjects across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 if applicable). Uphold the school’s expectations and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Ideal Cover Supervisor: Has previous experience in a school or with young people (e.g. teaching, mentoring, coaching, youth work). Possesses strong communication and organisational skills as Cover Supervisor. Remains calm under pressure and is confident managing classroom behaviour. Is adaptable, professional, and dependable.
