We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team. In this role, you will help create a positive learning environment and provide valuable support to both teachers and students across the school. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support classroom teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Assist individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and ensure understanding.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, engaging learning space.
* Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs where required.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing resources and displays.
* Supervise pupils during break times, outings, or school activities as needed.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* A patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
