For over 25 years React Industrial Solutions have been supplying the industrial market sector with quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products including bearings, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools, health and safety equipment, lubricants, engineering, fabrication and mechanical support services.
We have multiple branches across the UK with our head office based in Bicester. We are looking for someone with positive attitude and is prepared to rise to challenges to join our very busy and motivated team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email
* Logging queries and setting tasks to the purchasing team using our Sage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
* Processing customer orders, including the procurement of the parts/services requested by customers
* Preparing quotes for customers
* Converting quotes to sales orders
* Chasing for updates on deliveries from suppliers
* Keeping customers informed
* Review On Holds orders and action where necessary
* Review all zero values pricing orders
* Sales invoice runs
* Inputting data on Sage
* Running reports
* General administration duties
The Successful Applicant
* Experience using Sage 200 (preferred but not essential)
* Understand Sales order and Purchase orders concept
* You will need to be organized and capable of maintaining CRM systems and good general administrative skills
* You must be outgoing and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* You must be able to present information to clients in a concise manner and have a good sales technique
* You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to support other team members as and when required
* At ease with working in a multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals of all levels in the organization.
