What We’re Looking For:
* A commitment to tackling fuel poverty and supporting vulnerable communities
* Experience in a customer service or advice-giving role, with empathy and a non-judgemental approach
* Strong IT skills and confidence in accurate data entry and record keeping
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
Bonus: Willingness to complete Level 2 Fuel Debt Advice in the Community, with progression to Level 3 Energy Awareness
Location: MEC office and community-based work across South Tees
Contract: 2-year fixed term, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £24,500 (depending on experience)
