Role: On-site Account Manager
Location: Haydock, WA11 9UX
Hours: Part Time Monday - Friday (Approx. 25 hours)
We are looking for an Account Manager that can work independently in managing our clients site, the candidates on site and resourcing for new candidates.
What you will get up to as an On-Site Account Manager:
1. Pre-screen candidates to ensure quality and suitability
2. Achieve KPIs to support both client delivery and candidate development
3. Conduct registrations and complete associated testing to build strong talent pools
4. Support workers into sustainable, long-term employment
5. Monitor and manage attendance and timekeeping
6. Attend client review meetings, providing insight into the current recruitment market
7. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including sharing forecasts and workforce planning
8. Develop creative ideas around candidate attraction and incentives to encourage positive behaviours
9. Complete weekly payroll accurately and on time
10. Participate in regular team calls and contribute to wider team objectives
What we would like from an Account Manager:
11. Experience as either Account Manager or Account Coordinator desired

You are also required to drive and have your own car for this position.
