About the Client:
A leading investment firm with international reach. They are looking for a motivated HR Associate to join their London team.
About the HR Associate role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start or continue their career in HR. The role will be a Human Resources (HR) focused position supporting the People Team across the full employee life-cycle. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Assist with recruitment processes
* Conduct reviews of internal policies and company documentation
* Manage the onboarding of new hires
* Responsible for consolidating team data where required
* Ensure all systems are kept updated
* Assist with the organisation of internal training
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate specification:
* Previous office or administrative experience
* Previous HR experience would be advantageous, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to effectively prioritise and manage multiple priorities
Additional Information:
* £32-38K, dependent on experience
* Based in Victoria
* Core hours are 9am-6.30pm
