Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Financial Controller will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring robust financial management across the organisation. About you Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role Proven expertise in management accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and analysing management accounts Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders Leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams High attention to detail, well-organised, and proactive in approach What you'll do Take full management responsibility for the finance team, ensuring all deadlines are achieved with accuracy and efficiency Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and reporting Provide strategic financial insights and reporting to support decision-making Support the growth and development of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Gain exposure to M&A activities.
