An opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent Senior Business Administrator within the Adult Social Care - Financial Services Admin team. You will be working alongside six teams within Adult Social Care - Financial Services, playing a vital role in supporting them to deliver our services across East Sussex. A significant part of the role is answering calls and emails, therefore experience in this is desirable, but not essential as all relevant training will be provided. We also triage incoming post for all teams, take minutes for team meetings and other confidential, complex meetings, track mandatory training, and keep log of various important information for our colleagues – amongst other tasks. As a Senior Business Administrator your tasks will vary from day to day, so it is important you have strong organisational skills and are able to adapt as required. You will become part of a small, but integral team. We are looking for candidates who: Has strong communications skills, both in person and over the phone Is a team player, but are also able to work efficiently by themselves Is organised and can prioritise workload effectively Is dedicated and take pride in their work Is self-motivated and flexible This is a hybrid role in which you will working 2-3 days in the office in Eastbourne each week.
