As Hotel Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, training and motivating a talented team who will deliver fabulous service, putting our customers at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the hotel housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Recruit, train and motivate staff; drive high standards of cleanliness and service.
* Ensure all health and safety policies and cleaning standards are followed.
* Maintain a hands-on approach; support the team as needed and ensure first and last impressions meet guest expectations.
* Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel and continually seek ways to improve operations.
Qualifications and skills
* Motivational leader who thrives under pressure.
* Ability to spot issues and put things right quickly.
* Experience delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Previous experience in a similar hotel environment.
* Strong commitment to health and safety compliance and a hands-on management style.
* Willingness to jump in and support the team at any time.
* Hands-on approach; this is not an office job.
