Our client is a leading international eCommerce and specialist business equipment distributor, currently seeking a German-speaking Sales Manager to expand and develop business relationships across the DACH region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, global organisation and manage their full sales programme in the territory.
Role Overview
As the German Speaking Account Manager for the DACH market, you will be responsible for:
 * Managing and expanding business accounts
 * Driving new sales opportunities
 * Providing outstanding service to existing customers
Key Responsibilities
 * Grow and develop existing business accounts to meet/exceed sales targets
 * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DACH territory
 * Promote new product ranges and marketing initiatives to support growth
 * Build strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on service excellence
 * Deliver consistent, professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
 * Manage assigned accounts to drive commercial growth and increase repeat business
 * Monitor account performance and ensure continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
 * Fluent in German & English (spoken and written)
 * Proven sales or customer service experience, ideally in outbound roles
 * Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
 * Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to learn new systems
 * Highly organised, with strong time management skills
 * Motivated, positive, and customer-focused
Salary & Benefits
 * Base Salary: £26,523 per year
 * Bonus Scheme + Commission Pay
