About the Role
You will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs in KS1
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans
* Support social, emotional, and behavioural development in line with school values
* Adapt and differentiate learning resources under guidance
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly in EYFS or KS1
* Is patient, nurturing, and flexible in their approach
* Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning
* Can work well as part of a team and independently
* Supports the Catholic ethos of our school
