About the Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering high-quality arboriculture projects. Your role will involve overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance, and leading teams to achieve project excellence. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards our client is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee arboriculture contracts from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement improvements as needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in contract management within the arboriculture sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence, CSCS & SSSTS Card.
Desirable:
• Experience with sustainability and innovative project approaches.
• Familiarity with both historic and next-generation landscaping projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
