Due to growth within the business they are needing to add to their existing finance team. About the Job Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for assisting with and executing the following duties Accurately process high volumes of purchase invoices, credit notes, and related documentation within agreed deadlines Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies Perform regular bank reconciliations Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries Reconcile company credit card statements and review transactions Maintain organised electronic and manual filing systems Manage shared finance inboxes and ensure timely responses Monitor and report on invoice recharge status and transaction histories Support month end processes, including ledger close and statement generation Assist with year end account preparation Process BACS payments and direct debit collections Support credit control activities and follow up on outstanding payments Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with internal procedures Your skills & experience Previous experience in a busy financial environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel ATI Qualified (Desirable) For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
