Gillingham Football Club is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our catering team. Directly supporting the Head Chef, this position will play a key role in fueling our players and staff with healthy, nutritious meals, while supporting our hospitality and events. Specifications
Cook and serve healthy breakfasts and lunches for 90+ staff and players.
Assist with banquets and events catering for up to 450 guests.
Deliver quick-service food for 20 executive boxes on matchdays.
Keep kitchen and service areas clean and compliant with HACCP and COSHH.
Support the Head Chef with menu ideas and daily operations.
Requirements
Experience in high-volume catering or hospitality.
Confident in cooking healthy meals and large-scale banquets.
Strong food safety knowledge.
Quick, organised, and hands-on team player who is a good communicator.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work weekends and evenings, as required.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
