This role is suited to someone who knows recruitment, understands sales, and has a proven track record of generating revenue. Youll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, whether thats within industrial, engineering, or construction markets, across temp or perm. Were not looking for someone to learn the ropes we want someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
