What matters to us
* Experience in bid writing for large construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects such as rail, road, energy, tunnelling, utilities.
* Proven ability to produce high-quality narratives for public sector bids, meeting deadlines.
* Ability to analyze and structure complex information, identify and articulate win strategies.
* Strong research skills with the ability to summarize key messages.
* Proficiency in Office 365, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written English and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
* Ideally degree-level education or equivalent.
Your contribution to our company
* Deliver high-quality PQQs and tender responses, including case studies and evidence through answer planning, writing, and editing.
* Support win strategy sessions, storyboarding, and writing workshops.
* Analyze questions and develop response plans considering scoring criteria and client preferences.
* Work with subject matter experts to develop clear, customer-focused responses aligned with company branding.
* Facilitate review meetings and incorporate feedback to improve bid quality.
* Ensure all narrative submissions meet internal and external deadlines.
* Conduct research and interviews with technical, operational, and business experts to gather information.
* Share knowledge and best practices across the organization, contribute to post-tender reviews for continuous improvement.
