Job Description
1.
Compensation Strategy & Administration
Develops and manages competitive compensation programs, including market analysis, salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs. Ensures compliance with relevant labor regulations (FEP, DOL, FLSA, OFCCP).

Performance Management
Administers company-wide performance review processes and recommends improvements to performance management models. Supports leadership in developing employee growth plans.
3.
HRIS & Employee Data Management
Maintains and manages HRIS data and employee records (active/inactive), produces reports, and ensures system alignment with organizational needs. Maintains organizational charts and compliance-related data (, AAP).
4.
Policy & Compliance Oversight
Develops, communicates, and ensures adherence to HR policies. Interfaces with legal counsel and regulatory agencies (EEOC, OSHA, etc.) on compliance matters, including responses to audits and claims.

The Successful Applicant
5. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on compensation
6.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
7.
Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
8.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
