The Role You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload of around 80 files, with strong support and efficient processes already in place. Matters include: Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Re-mortgages New Build You will work collaboratively with colleagues, provide clear communication to clients and third parties, and ensure a smooth, well-managed workflow from instruction to completion.
