Support Worker – No Care Experience Needed – Full Training Provided
Location: Near Meldreth, South Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum | Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Are you caring, compassionate and looking to make a real difference in the lives of children or young adults with additional needs?
We are seeking Support Workers to join a vibrant residential care setting supporting young people in their home, education setting, and the wider community. No previous care experience is required — your character, compassion, and commitment are what truly count.
What you’ll do:
* Provide day-to-day care including personal support (e.g., washing, dressing, meals)
* Encourage and enable young people to participate in learning, activities, and hobbies
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in everything you do
* Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to help each individual reach their full potential
What we’re looking for:
* A genuine desire to support children and young people with additional needs
* Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Willingness to undertake personal care and learn new healthcare tasks
* Comfortable using (or learning) basic IT systems for record keeping
Due to the rural location, a driving licence and access to a car is essential unless you live very nearby.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience in a care, teaching, support, or childcare setting
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
