Role outline:
To grow and develop our online customer journey, you will monitor day-to-day performance and optimisation of our ecommerce websites, portals and other online marketplaces as well as contributing to campaign execution and analysis.
Job description:
Main duties and responsibilities
· Uploading new products on all marketplaces platforms and other sales channels.
· Ensuring new and existing product descriptions and photographs are accurate on all marketplaces and sales channels.
· Dealing with day-to-day operations of managing the catalogue, content management, and inventory on marketplaces.
· Tracking and monitoring daily/weekly account activities and performance of campaigns (including growth, engagement and conversions)
· Generating market and competitor reports
· Implementing and managing pricing changes across multiple online platforms
· Supporting the execution of promotional campaigns across the site
Specific skills and experience required:
· At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or performance marketing roles.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Collaborative work ethic
· Proven experience managing ecommerce sites and customer platforms.
· Ability to manage and effectively prioritise workload to reach set deadlines
· Ability to be an effective team player and cooperate well with different departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
