The role of Paraplanner:
- Provide high-quality paraplanning support to financial advisors
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans and client recommendations

The ideal Paraplanner:
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Proven experience in a paraplanning role
- Strong desire to transition into a Financial Advisor position
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive approach to business development
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
