Customer Hub Officer (Supported Accommodation) Rate of Pay: £14.36 per hour PAYE Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL / hybrid. Remote for experienced candidate only. Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid break. Duration: Temporary basis, 6 months until February 2026. Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our Client, Newcastle Under Lyme, for a Customer Hub Officer (Supported Accommodation) on a temporary basis. As a Customer Hub Officer within the Supported Accommodation Team, you will play a crucial role of focusing on ensuring that residents receive the support they need in a safe and welcoming environment. Daily Duties: Support the reviewing of providers of supported accommodation. Monitoring and responding to the general inbox to answer queries and concerns raised. Signposting residents to appropriate internal or external services, including mental health, addiction support, benefits advice. Booking and managing appointments for key workers, repairs and external services. Recording and maintaining the Housing Management Systems. Essential Experience: Knowledge of Supported Accommodation and/or Housing Benefit is essential. Previous experience working within Supported Accommodation is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
