We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced customer insight advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will involve assisting with customer complaints and addressing the concerns of dissatisfied customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and empathetic responses.
2. Investigate customer issues thoroughly, gathering relevant information and insights to understand the root cause of the problem.
3. Collaborate with various departments within the organisation to resolve customer complaints and implement solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
4. Utilise customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance our services.
5. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably within the housing sector.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
