Our mission is to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies by providing world-class scientific services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies across the globe.
We are now looking to expand our commercial team with a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager in Europe.
As Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll identify, engage, and secure new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing partners. Your scientific understanding and commercial acumen will enable you to communicate complex solutions and tailor the offerings to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a robust business development strategy across the European market.
* Identify and approach potential clients in the biotech and pharma sectors.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and KOLs.
* Promote our full suite of drug discovery services.
* Attend conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
* Collaborate closely with scientific and project management teams to deliver proposals and close deals.
* Maintain a CRM and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field (PhD is a plus).
* Proven track record (3-7+ years) in BD or sales within a CRO Drug Discovery background.
* Strong network in biotech/pharma across Europe.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Based in Europe, with Flexiblity to travel.
