Whether you're just starting out or already experienced in residential sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Register and manage incoming buyer enquiries Conduct property viewings and provide constructive vendor feedback Build and maintain strong client and applicant relationships Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers with confidence Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion Generate new business and win instructions Consistently meet and exceed personal and office targets Requirements: Experience in residential sales (trainee to experienced levels considered) Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude Excellent time management and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and own car required Mileage allowance provided What's on Offer: £18,000 - £24,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £35,000 - £50,000 Mileage allowance Supportive, friendly team environment Ongoing training and professional development 5-day working week (including Saturdays, with a day off in lieu) 20 days holiday bank holidays How to Apply: If this sounds like the perfect role for you, I'd love to hear from you.
