Location: Liverpool & Surrounding Areas | Hybrid: Home & Field-Based
Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Excellent Earnings Potential)

This role offers a hybrid working structure, combining home and field-based responsibilities, allowing you to effectively manage your territory.

What you’ll do:

Develop and manage relationships with construction clients across your territory.

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and exceed targets.

Represent the company at industry events and on-site meetings.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials sector.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working autonomously.

Full driving licence, with the ability to travel across your territory.
