About the role Role Overview: You'll assist the Facilities Manager in delivering services as per EMCOR UK’s contract with the client. Ensure statutory compliance, maintain strong client relationships, and optimize operational and commercial performance. This role will require you to contribute to site operations, focusing on user experience and brand reputation within common and engineering areas. What you'll do: Support site teams by encouraging collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement Monitor and report performance data and KPIs, flagging issues for review Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication and updates on site activities Assist with quality system compliance and health & safety adherence Coordinate basic maintenance schedules and access to work areas Help improve customer experience and interactions Maintain inventory records and track critical spare availability Support performance monitoring of staff and subcontractors Respond to emergencies and assist with incident reporting and follow-up Ensure safe working practices, permits, and isolation procedures are followed Contribute to emergency planning and maintenance strategy reviews Provide admin and logistical support during project handovers Step in for the Facilities Manager when needed Who you'll be: Proven track record in operations management within hard services FM. IOSH Managing Safely (or willing to undertake) Strong IT skills, including CAFM/EAM systems. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors. Professional, client-facing approach, with strong commercial and contractual awareness.
