About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Junior to support both our e-commerce and social media teams. You'll be jumping into a fast-paced digital environment, helping with everything from content creation to product listings and customer messages. Perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in digital, marketing, or e-commerce.
What You'll Be Doing: Social Media Support
* Content help – Write captions, organise images/videos, and create basic graphics using tools like Canva.
* Community engagement – Respond to comments, DMs, and customer questions in a friendly and professional tone.
* Scheduling – Help manage the content calendar and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
* Performance tracking – Collect and track data like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
* Trend spotting – Keep an eye on what's trending and suggest cool ideas for posts or campaigns.
E-commerce Support
* Product listings – Upload and edit product details (images, prices, descriptions) on platforms like Shopify.
* Orders & returns – Support the order processing team with fulfilment updates, returns, and stock checks.
* Customer support – Answer order/product queries from customers, often through social media DMs.
* Inventory support – Help keep stock records accurate and liaise with the warehouse when needed.
General Admin
* Keep things organised – Help maintain shared drives, folders, and internal systems.
* Cross-team coordination – Work with marketing, logistics, and other departments on product launches and campaigns.
What We're Looking For
* Entry-level – No experience needed, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Education – GCSEs or equivalent. A-levels or college courses in marketing or media are a bonus.
* Tech-savvy – Confident using social media (especially Instagram & TikTok) and tools like Canva.
* E-comm know-how – Bonus points if you've used platforms like Shopify, Etsy, or Amazon.
* Good communicator – Clear writing and a creative touch when it comes to captions and replies.
* Organised – Able to manage tasks, juggle priorities, and stick to content deadlines.
* Self-starter – You're proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or try new things.
