A full time Stock Controller position, located at our boutique on Kings Road. On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will:
Responsibilities:
* Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom environment
* Manage stock intake, support with deliveries and transfers when needed all in line with company procedures
* Support the store manager and team with accurate stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks.
* Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies promptly to their line manager.
* Process and fulfil online orders accurately and within the agreed timeframes
* Pick, pack and dispatch orders following company guidelines
* Troubleshoot fulfilment issues and liaise with store manager and customer services when needed.
* Process online returns efficiently and within the company guidelines
* Work closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availability
* Communicate effectively with management regarding operational performance.
