Overview
Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Sous Chef at Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House. You will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality hot and cold food to multiple sales outlets.
What You’ll Do
* Supervise and assist in the day-to-day production of a wide range of meals
* Ensure all food is prepared to company standards and health & safety guidelines
* Coordinate with delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution to outlets
* Support and train team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
* Report to the head chef daily

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a similar supervisory or production kitchen role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude
