Recruitment Coordinator across Lovett Care Group ( FTC up to 12 months) Greater Manchester Full time Permanent

Lovett Care Group are seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, ensuring the recruitment needs of the business are met efficiently and effectively. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Lead, this role involves managing the full recruitment cycle across all our care homes — from advertising vacancies to completing candidate checks prior to their start date.

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in attracting and securing the very best talent, helping us continue to deliver exceptional standards of care across our homes. This is a travelling role, requiring regular visits to our portfolio of care homes in Chester, Greater Manchester, Lytham St Annes, Stockport, Merseyside, Nottingham, Leeds, North Wales, and Carlisle. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

We are offering a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, with an excellent salary of £29,500 per annum, plus car allowance and mileage expenses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm, with some flexibility required.

From nursing to hospitality, every detail is carefully considered, ensuring our residents enjoy a true ‘home from home’ experience.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging job adverts and advertise across job boards and social media.
2. Manage candidate communications, arranging interviews at agreed times with the homes.
3. Review applications and distribute to hiring managers.
4. Shortlist CVs for hiring managers and coordinate interviews across the group.
5. Issue offer letters and onboarding documents to successful candidates.
6. Actioning the interview recruitment records on a weekly bases and send rejection communications to unsuccessful applicants.
7. Complete pre-employment checks including DBS, references, right to work, and Nurse PIN checks. (as and when required)
8. Work closely with Home Managers and Administrators to understand ongoing recruitment needs.
9. Visit homes as required to provide hands-on recruitment support.
10. Ensure interview packs are prepared for new homes and confirm candidate attendance. (if supporting interviews that day in the home)
11. Maintain accurate records, adhere to policies and procedures, and manage high-volume workloads to tight deadlines.
12. Respond promptly and professionally to recruitment enquiries via email and the careers inbox.
13. Contribute to fostering a positive and progressive workplace culture.

Skills and Experience Required:

14. Previous experience within recruitment is preferable but not essential.
15. Strong administration skills.
16. Interviewing skills and knowledge of HR databases/applicant tracking systems are desirable.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to manage a varied workload and work on own initiative.
19. Strong decision-making, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
20. Flexible approach to working hours.
21. Full clean driving licence.
