About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Security Team Leader to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role
* Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
* Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments. Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
* Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
* Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems. NIBOSH preferred
About You
Successful candidates will have the following skills
* Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
* Knowledge of fire-fighting equipment and CCTV equipment.
* First aid and CPR training Interpersonal skills
* Communications skills
