The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who is confident engaging with senior decision-makers and capable of delivering high-quality meetings for our clients.
This is not a high-pressure commission sales role or a traditional call centre environment. Our approach is consultative, professional and relationship-focused.
You will manage outbound campaigns on behalf of our clients, identify opportunities, nurture prospects and secure qualified meetings.
There is also opportunity to contribute more broadly as the business grows, including supporting junior team members and helping to improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities
* Conduct professional outbound calls to senior decision-makers
* Secure qualified meetings for client campaigns
* Build rapport and relationships with prospects
* Manage follow-up activity and pipelines
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
* Represent clients professionally at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous B2B sales, business development or appointment-setting experience
* Is confident speaking with senior stakeholders
* Communicates professionally and articulately
* Is motivated by targets and performance
* Has a positive and proactive attitude
* Works well within a team environment
* Is organised and comfortable using CRM systems
* Is looking for stability and long-term opportunity
Experience within professional services, technical sectors or consultative environments would be beneficial but not essential.
