Role: Temp EA to CEO Length: Approximately 6 weeks Days: Monday–Friday Hours: 9.00am–6:00pm (with flexibility for contact out of hours including weekends) Location: St James’s, London Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 gross per annum Start Date: ASAP I am currently recruiting for a high-calibre Temporary Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a global organisation based in St James’s, London. This would best suit an experienced Business EA who is confident operating at C-Suite level and can step in quickly to provide seamless support in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the CEO, you will manage a complex diary and inbox, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring priorities are handled efficiently. You will also arrange detailed international travel, prepare board packs, presentations and briefing materials, and coordinate logistics for board and senior leadership meetings. Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will handle communications with professionalism and discretion while supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the utmost professionalism and discretion. You must have worked at C Suite level previously and be based in London already.
