Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer
Location Mobile across London / South East
Hours 40 hours per week
Hourly rate - £16.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer. You will carry out various maintenance work to include all aspects of fabric & plumbing repair across a variety of client sites across the region.
As a qualified Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out:
* General Maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps)
* Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.)
* Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances)
* Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc)
