Role: Intermediate Mechanical Engineer - Building Services Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £42kA well-established building services consultancy, delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality MEP design solutions across commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector projects. Known for technical excellence, long-term client partnerships, and a collaborative culture, the business actively supports career progression - with three recent promotions up to Associate Director level and multiple new hires joining in the past year.The Milton Keynes office currently has four team members and is expanding to around 8 to support a growing workload. Projects include industrial warehouses for USA developers, multiple schemes with West Northamptonshire Council, and mixed use Industrial/Commercial developments - all offering a mix of design and site-based challenges.About the Role As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you'll work closely with a Senior Mechanical Engineer, two junior team members, and an experienced leadership group.
