Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What youll be doing? Youll be overseeing subcontractor management from procurement through to final account. Handling change control, including upstream target-cost adjustments and downstream subcontractor variations. Youll be preparing internal reporting, including CVRs. Youll be producing external reports for the client covering VOWD, cash flow and progress. What you'll bring? Do you have a degree in a relevant discipline? Have you got proven experience working on large-value projects, ideally within the water sector (clean and foul)? Do you have a clear career progression that demonstrates readiness for a Senior Quantity Surveyor role? Have you got a membership in a relevant professional organisation? Do you have the ability to lead and develop other members of the commercial team? Do you have excellent communication skills?
